How do I launch a new version of a series?

After you have created a new version of a series, you need to activate it.

How do I activate a new serie?
 

  1. Open the series in the version you want to activate
  2. Go to the planning tab
  3. Go to other
  4. Set the date when you want to activate the series.
  5. Swap tab to save
  6. Anyone who start or restarts the series will see your new version.

 

Frequently asked questions about this:

Why can't I see my adaptations in the series?

Because we work with a native app and not a web app, it does not work that when you adjust something it is immediately visible in your app. First of all you have to create a new version, as soon as you have made it, everyone who starts the series new will have the latest version on the timeline. This means that if you have already started a series, the old version is still visible.

 

When will you see the new version in the app?

It was created so that anyone who is "halfway through" a series can still finish their series. When you have completed it and you restart that series, it will automatically start the new version of series.

It is sometimes a bit difficult when you are testing, but it is the most user-friendly for your colleagues ;-).
