What are key users?

Make someone a manager

If you want to make someone a manager in your group, do the following.

  • Go to console.wizzflix.com and log in with your manager account
  • Go to the menu
  • Choose Groups
  • Select the group in which you want to give someone a manager role.
  • You then click on Users
  • Then press the arrow next to an employee role
  • You can then give an employee a different role here, including the Manager role
  • You often want to give a manager more rights than a participant. To do this, click again on the menu and then Users
  • Choose the user you just made manager in the group.
  • Then click on Permissions here you can tick where you want to give the manager access.
