What are key users?

How do I test a series on my phone?

You have the content of a series ready. The videos were uploaded, questions created, and points were awarded for each answer. Now you want to know how the end user experiences the series.

1.Create test user

  • Create a Test User at a different email address than you use for your own account.
  • Do not set this user to active yet.

2. Activate series

  • Go to: Organization -> Planning -> Courses
  • Activate the checkbox next to the series you want to test
  • Go to: Groups -> Select the Test Group -> Scheduling -> Courses
  • (Create a new Test Group if it isn't already there)
  • Activate the checkbox next to the series you want to test

3. Add user to test group and activate

  • Go to: Groups -> Select the Test Group -> Users.
  • Add the Test User.
  • Go to: Users -> Select the Test User -> Check Active -> Swap tab.

4. Go through the series.

Note: If the series does not appear on the timeline, check whether the series has no Conditions so that it does not start immediately.
