When working with Wizzflix it is important to determine who your Key Users are. A Key User is an employee within an organization who takes care of the implementation and monitoring of Wizzflix. A Key User is the important link between Wizzflix and the organization. This can be one or more people in your organization. A Key User is a colleague who has affinity with the company's processes. A Key User has more knowledge Wizzflix than coworkers and is therefore the ideal point of inquiry for colleagues. Because a Key User is also just a direct colleague within the department, asking a question is approachable. On the other hand, the Key User knows exactly what is going on within the department and can therefore collect problems or wishes and filter out what is important the app. Finally, Key Users have access to Wizzflix Consultants and are therefore always supported by our consultant team.
When implementing Wizzflix, we train Key User(s) on how to use the software. The goal of the training is for Key Users to be self supporting as much as possible. This way you are less dependent on consultant, which saves costs. It also gives you complete freedom to set up the app according to your organization's wishes and vision.

Key Users are of great value in the key stages from implementation to success monitoring. First, key users put the real, practical wishes and requirements from the shop floor on the table for discussion. In this way, a solution is built that is as close as possible to the daily business activities and work processes. Ideally, the key users also stay involved during the implementation Wizzflix. This way they can suggest timely adjustments, and respond to those elements that they know could cause a problem in practice.
Involved in the actual implementation or not, key users are indispensable when testing the Wizzflix. In most cases, this takes the form of pilot projects, where the Wizzflix is not yet operational. One or several partial implementations are then carried out and the different scenarios are tested by the key users.
