Problems with sound

Not hearing sound is a common problem, so don't worry, it's usually easy to fix.

If you don't hear anything, or your videos don't give any sound, this may be due to the settings of your phone.

  • The first thing to try is to double check your volume. Make sure it is turned all the way up.
  • Check if your phone is on silent. Make sure your phone is not on silent.
  • Then check if your phone is on 'do not disturb'. Make sure 'do not disturb'  is turned off
