The results in the dashboard and the app do not match, how is this possible?

No worries! This has to do with a certain setting of the series.

You can view results in 3 ways:
1) Viewing results in the Console dashboard
2) Viewing results in the 'other' menu of the Mobile or WebApp
3) View results on the timeline in the Mobile or WebApp

When the results in the dashboard and the 'other' menu of the Mobile or WebApp do not match, it has to do with the privacy settings of the corresponding series.

To adjust this you can go through the following steps:
1) Go to the Console and log in with your mobile number
2) Go to the menu
3) Go to series
4) Find the series you want to view in the app.
5) Go to the 'Privacy' tab
6) Under Anonymous, uncheck the roles that may see the results
7) Switch tab to save changes
8) Refresh the page in the Mobile or WebApp and you have the results viewable again.
